I was called at around 5pm by the Frog Mill Hotel requiring an emergency locksmith as soon as possible. One of their bedroom doors wouldn’t open & the customer was locked out. Their usual locksmith had failed to respond to urgent calls, so they were very happy when I said I’d be able to attend within 30 minutes.
The door lock barrel had failed, so having gained entry I then set about replacing the lock barrel with a new one. I always carry a vast range of locks & spare parts on the van, so it’s a relatively quick and easy job to repair door locks when they fail.
